If you would like to see this property or any of our other rentals currently available, then please submit a “completed application" prior to request viewing. The reason we require a completed application prior to showing the home/apartment to you is to save you and Next Home Haven Properties the time. 

We’ve been experiencing prospective tenants who have filled out a “guest card” but not an application. What occurs many times is these prospective tenants view the property and when they submit an application, it’s then that we discover they aren’t qualified with our Income & Credit Requirements. Had they filled it out prior, we could have at least under written the “Income Requirements” and tentatively approved the application subject to an approved Credit Report but, run only after Viewing & Approving of the Rental.

Therefore when we receive a completed application, we will contact you and schedule an appointment for your viewing. After viewing you can make a decision whether or not you still want to rent it. If you decide you do not want to proceed with renting, we will refund your “Application Fee”.

We encourage prospective tenants to drive by and check out the neighborhoods and surrounding facilities prior to submitting an application because if you like the area when you send us a completed application you’ll just need to see the inside.
